Who are we looking for?

However, your responsibilities will go beyond sourcing suitable candidates for assignments. You will be expected to maintain our market leading position, through developing key client accounts and raising the profile of the Veredus Brand with appropriate PR and Marketing.

With ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, our Consultants are focused on the customer right from the start. You will be encouraged to act as a “critical friend”. This may involve thinking outside of the initial parameters of the requirement set by the client and result in proposing solutions or providing on going support and advice to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Veredus Consultants are commercially astute and renowned for going the extra mile. They are self starters; each consultant is expected to develop their business within and aided by a supportive and committed team.

You may already have developed an enviable track record in recruitment consultancy or your current role may include recruitment and resourcing, either way you will share the same qualities that our consultants do and the same passion for doing it well.
