Many of our consultants came to us following successful careers in business, public service or the third sector, and continue to maintain excellent networks within these sectors. Others are specialists in Executive Search or related professions.
We have dedicated practices which cover the public, not-for-profit and private sectors, and deliver from offices throughout the UK.
While we have a strong presence within the regions, and understand local communities, we also have the capability to deliver international search assignments.
Our clients see us as trusted advisers. We maintain long-term relationships and provide added value through our knowledge and expertise.
Going the ‘extra mile’ comes as standard, and we pride ourselves on offering a flexible service, excellent value for money, and a client focus as keen as any in the business.
